 TeacherSupport.ca is an initiative of Emond Montgomery Publications Limited (EMP), one of Canada’s leading academic publishers. EMP’s commitment to customer service and support and our passion for developing quality publications are at the heart of what we do every day. We are focused on anticipating the changing needs of Canadian students and teachers, and as a medium-sized publisher we are ideally suited to offer the national presence and capabilities of a larger company, without sacrificing the individual attention on which we pride ourselves.
EMP was founded in 1978 by Professor Paul Emond and Ms. Ann Montgomery, and quickly established itself as one of Canada’s foremost legal publishers. Since then, we have expanded our publishing program to serve school, college, and university audiences with textbooks written specifically for Canadian curricula.
Our office is located in a Victorian house on Shaftesbury Avenue in downtown Toronto, where we share space with WordsWorth Communications, our principal supplier of editorial, typesetting, web, and related services. All of our printing and binding is done in Canada by Canadian companies.
