Selected materials from the Teacher's Resource for Emond Montgomery’s Trillium-listed Dimensions of Law: Canadian and International Law in the 21st Century, including two two cases with fact scenarios, questions, and solutions, and three culminating performance tasks with student instructions and assessment rubrics.
The blackline masters are designed for use in units on rights and freedoms (human rights law) and criminal law. The culminating performance tasks are designed for use in units on criminal law, labour and environmental law, and international law. The culminating performance tasks are designed to be used with student teams of two, three, or four students, and meet Ontario curriculum expectations for CLN4U.
